All of our tutors go through a continuous training program to improve their skills and effectiveness. The training focuses on an inquiry-based approach to tutoring, cultural sensitivity, and an in-depth understanding of how to use our platform to achieve educational results. In addition, the tutors’ sessions are reviewed by our content experts to ensure we are providing the most effective possible experience for our students.
